Our superintendents oversee excavation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient operations, effective team management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. We’re looking for experienced leaders who can confidently coordinate personnel, solve challenges, and drive project success.
Foresee and resolve schedule and personnel conflicts.
Implement cost-effective solutions.
Motivate, develop, and direct personnel.
Identify the best people for tasks.
Coordinate, supervise, and manage personnel and equipment.
Complete daily project activity reports.
Schedule, monitor, and control material deliveries.
Communicate relevant information to supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates.
Oversee and manage project budgets.
Develop and maintain constructive working relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience in the excavation trade.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment for excavation and construction of highways, roads, infrastructure, concrete foundations, etc.
Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
Willing to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
Able to accept criticism and handle high-stress situations calmly.
Pleasant demeanor and cooperative attitude.
Strong organizational skills.
