Our client needed to build a 50,000-square-foot, multi-level parking garage — fast. Sweeney provided and placed 5,000 cubic yards of concrete. We also supplied and tied 500 tons of steel reinforcement before installing concrete walls that reached 18 feet in height. Finally, our team placed approximately 100,000 square feet of building slab. It was a big job, but we’re proud of how it turned out.
To meet this aggressive schedule, we needed about 40 tradesmen on site at any given time. Notable asks? Extra-high walls finished in a very specific way, along with tight specs for the project’s reinforced steel.
