Valley Street Townhouses

This housing authority project required the demolition and replacement of 10 multi-unit housing structures. We took on multiple scopes — everything from clearing trees to pouring foundations.

Sweeney performed all sitework, including utility and road construction. We paved (concrete and asphalt), installed signage, striped the roads, you name it.

Additionally, we managed about 5,000 cubic yards of polluted soils that needed to be separated and exported. It was a big job, but we got it done on time.

For this project, coordination was key. Our team needed to manage and export polluted soils on a regulated site, all while maintaining a very aggressive schedule. We had just 12 months to demolish and replace 10 multi-unit buildings for the housing authority.
